Is the demo really free?

Yes. We build a working demo of your business using your own menu, prices and photos. You try it on your phone. If you do not want it, you pay nothing and owe us nothing.

What does the AI assistant actually do?

It answers guests on your website and on LINE, day and night. It knows your menu, opening hours, prices and location, takes orders and table bookings, and replies in Thai, English, Chinese or Russian. When a guest needs a person, it passes them to you.

Do you take a cut of my orders?

No. Delivery apps take a big cut of every order. With your own ordering you pay 0% commission. You pay one clear monthly fee, and the money from each order goes to you.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Hosting, the AI assistant and its messages, updates and support. One fee, no surprise bills. If you go over your monthly messages, extra messages are ฿500 per 1,000.

How long does it take to go live?

Most of the work is done before you pay, because we build the demo first. Once you say yes, we finish your content, connect your domain and LINE, and go live. We agree the date with you up front.

Do you only work in Pattaya?

We started in Pattaya and we meet Pattaya owners in person. We also build for businesses anywhere in Thailand.
